Same day shipping

Orders placed by 9:00am PT (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays) will usually ship same day. During periods of high demand, your order may take 2-8 business days to process. 

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the United States. However, please be aware that we currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

My country isn't listed. Now what? - As we expand, we may add more countries. Be sure to sign up for our emails so you can be the first to know when we go international.

We highly suggest adding route shipping protection to your order.

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-8 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

What USA Shipping options do you offer to the USA?

What International Shipping options do you offer?

We do not currently ship internationally. 

How can I check the status of my order?

We’ll keep you updated via email, and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can check the status and see when your order will arrive. We use multiple carriers to ship orders in the US; we will notify you with a tracking number once your order ships. 

How do I track my order?

For online orders, an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Still have a question? Email us at hello@blakebrownbeauty.com.

What happens if I order something, and it is out of stock?

We will contact you and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days. You can expect to see the refund applied to your account within 10 business days from the time of refund, depending on your bank’s processing times.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

Contact hello@blakebrownbeauty.com immediately or use our live chat. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received at our warehouse. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.

There is a problem with my shipment. What do I do?

We suggest adding shipping protection insurance to your order at time of checkout to ensure you receive a full refund if your shipment is help up with your carrier. Contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which may result in an additional charge. Blake Brown is not responsible for paying any additional charges caused by an address change. To avoid paying additional charges, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.

My order never arrived/lost or stolen shipments

We suggest adding shipping protection insurance to your order at time of checkout to ensure you receive a full refund if your order never arrives or/is lost/stolen. Please note Blake Brown is not responsible for any shipping deliveries not received. Please contact hello@blakebrownbeauty.com, and we will file a claim on your behalf. Kindly note this process may take 7-10 business days for domestic shipments and 30-45 business days for international shipments to investigate with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@blakebrownbeauty.com for assistance. We will be happy to provide a replacement* or refund for the damaged or defective product.

Other Returns:
We do not accept returns for any other reasons. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@blakebrownbeauty.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

General Policy:

  • Returns must be accompanied by all original components.
  • All return requests must take place within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Your order confirmation e-mail is required to complete a return.
  • In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience, we reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
  • Items purchased from other retailers, dealers, or resellers and not directly from our website are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including Blake Brown at Target.
  • Purchases made on our website may not be returned or exchanged at a Target location.
  • Single-use coupons used on your original purchase cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned in exchange for cash.

Approved returns will only be refunded the original cost of the item, reflecting the original discount.

  • Approved returns will be fully refunded via the original form of payment.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our Process:

  • Once approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Upon return and inspection of the product at our warehouse, we are happy to offer you a full refund (to the original form of payment).
  • All returns, once received, are subject to a 7-10 business day processing period before your refund is granted. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. Please contact our team if you need to inquire about the status of a pending return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return for an item, after inspection, that is less than half full, has been refilled with a non-Blake Brown product, or was not originally purchased from our website.
  • Any returns of multi-product sets must include all items from the set. We do not accept partial set returns.
